Purdue Polytechnic Institute Visit Opportunities
The Polytechnic Institute has a variety of virtual opportunities and on-campus visits that can connect students with faculty and staff. Choose as many of these options as you like!
Virtual Student Chats:
These Zoom chat sessions connect you with current students who could be your classmates soon! Ask them how they found their fit on Purdue's campus and about their experience in their Polytechnic major. Each session will feature one of the college’s six academic departments, as well as members from student organizations such as Women in Technology and the Minority Technology Association. Registration is required.
YouTube Live Broadcasts:
These broadcasts are dedicated to a specific department/topic. The host and panelists will include professors, academic advisors, students and/or alumni. Registration is not required, each broadcast can be replayed on the Polytechnic’s YouTube Channel.
Virtual Information Sessions
During these live, online presentations, students learn about campus resources, such as student support services and opportunities for engagement and involvement. They also discuss the types of career offers graduates have received. The sessions include a Q&A portion with a staff member and current students. Registration is required.
More resources and events can be found on their admitted student webpage.
Toni Munguia, the Polytechnic's Director of Recruitment,
Retention and Diversity, recorded a video to welcome you to the Polytechnic family and talk about the many resources they offer to help you decide to accept your offer of admission.
